Because each of our products are one-of-a-kind, all sales are final. No refunds or exchanges.

Please select your pieces carefully and email us with questions before placing an order. We want to ensure you pick what you love!

Production Times

​All of my designs are made to order and shipped in 4 to 6 weeks using FedEx ground. Production times are estimated and not guaranteed, so please contact us if you need a product by a specific date.

Shipping

We offer free ground shipping through FedEx. If you’re interested in upgrading your shipping options, there is an option to add onto your order at checkout.

Rush Orders

​Rush orders are available for an additional $35 per order, for a one-week turnaround time.

Please contact and email us at customerservice@gabriellahovav.com prior to placing a rush order, so we can ensure your item arrives by your requested date.

 

How can I track my package?

​Once an order has been shipped, shipping and tracking confirmation will be sent to the email provided at checkout. Please make sure your spam filters are set up to accept emails from customerservice@gabriellahovav.com

Packages can be tracked at FedEx.com.

 

Lost Packages/ Shipping problems

We are not responsible for  lost or stolen packages, so please make sure you provide a secure shipping location!

 Please also double-check your address – we’re unable to reimburse for items shipped to the wrong address.

 

Received wrong or damaged Items

If you’ve received an incorrect order or your product arrives damaged not due to shipping, email us right away at: customer@gabriellahovav.com

 

Please notify us within 48 upon receiving the order, so we can repair or replace as needed. After 48 hours, product issues will be the full responsibility of the buyer. All purchases are subjected to these terms, so please inspect your order immediately upon receiving it.

 

What is 14K Vermeil?

14K Vermeil is a genuine .925 sterling silver piece which has been expertly dipped in a bath of 14K gold.

Before ordering, please read the item’s description carefully for the measurements.

Materials used

​I use only solid .925 sterling silver and 14K Vermeil for all of my products. All gemstones and pearls are genuine. We will never use: synthetic stones, pearls, beads, crystals, rhinestones or plated metals.

Natural Gemstone Disclosure

All of our gemstones are real natural stones that vary in color, texture and pattern. We make every effort to keep our stone colors consistent. However, all stones may not be exactly as shown on these line sheets. Stones may appear lighter, darker or have natural variations due to conditions in nature, photography and printing process.

The Look

Because all of Gabriella Hovav’s designs are handmade, no two pieces will look the same. There will likely be minor differences between what you see on the site and what you receive, and this is a normal and organic part of the jewelry-making process.

 

Aftercare Instructions

We want to help you take care of your new piece and preserve it for generations to come!

 Your items are carefully packed in our custom designed solid wood boxes, which will help keep your piece(s) protected after purchase.

 And here are some further tips: 

 

1.       Handle your piece with care, never bend the piece too far back or twist it.

2.       Please take care to not drop or shake the box.

3.       Always handle your piece with clean, dry hands.  

4.       Never apply perfumes or hair sprays while wearing your piece.

5.       Do not wet your hairpiece or polish your piece.

6.       Always store your piece in its original box in a cold dry place, location, as heat and moisture may damage it.
